• Secure test delivery with proctoring capabilities
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• Multi-format assessment support (MCQ, essays, coding, etc.)
• Integration with third-party educational and corporate systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (parental consent required for minors)
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. Pricing and Payment

Subscription Plans

• NSFW (Free) Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Pro Plan: Pay-per-use pricing starting at ₹29 per participant
• BOSS Mode: Enterprise plan with custom pricing

Payment Terms

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due upon assessment completion for pay-per-use plans
• We use secure third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Assessment Integrity and Proctoring

Proctoring Consent

By taking a proctored assessment, participants consent to monitoring via:

• Video and audio recording
• Screen sharing and activity monitoring
• Browser lockdown and anti-cheating measures
• AI-powered behavior analysis

Academic Integrity

• Participants must complete assessments independently unless otherwise specified
• Unauthorized assistance, copying, or collaboration is prohibited
• Use of unauthorized materials or resources is forbidden
• Violations may result in assessment invalidation and account suspension

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability and Support

• Pro plan users receive email support during business hours
• BOSS Mode users receive 24/7 dedicated support

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XAM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
